The agreement
These terms are between you and Denra Tech LLC. By creating an account or paying for access you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use LumeXcel.
Who may hold an account
If the student is under 18, the account must be created and held by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for it. One account is for one student. Sharing an account between students, or reselling access, is not permitted and we may close accounts that do.
What we provide
Access to past questions and practice material for the exams and subjects shown at the time you buy, timed practice, marking, explanations, progress tracking, and the Aura AI tutor. We add and improve material over time; we do not guarantee that any particular question, subject or feature will remain available for the whole of your term.
What we do not promise
We do not promise any particular examination result. LumeXcel is practice material and study tooling, not a guarantee of a grade, and it is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or produced by WAEC. Explanations are generated with the assistance of AI and reviewed for accuracy, but errors are possible — tell us at [email protected] if you find one, and always defer to your syllabus and your teacher.
Paying
Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in the currency displayed. Access runs for the term you selected and ends when that term expires; it does not renew itself, and we will not charge you again unless you ask.
Most exams also offer a one-time trial: a single subject, for a short period, at a reduced fee. It is a paid trial rather than a free one, it can be taken once per account, and only before you have enrolled in anything else.
Offline practice is tied to the device you set it up on and to a signed entitlement that has to be refreshed by coming online every few days. That is what stops one paid account being run on a dozen phones. You can move your access to a new device, but not repeatedly in quick succession.
The beta
Beta access is free and provisional. Material, features and prices can change without notice, and the beta runs as a separate service with its own database — so beta practice history, streaks and badges do not carry over to the live site. What does carry over is the launch discount, matched on your verified email address, so use the same address when you create your live account. How the discount is earned is set out on the beta site.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, redistribute, scrape or republish the question bank; do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service; do not use the AI tutor to generate content unrelated to study. We may suspend accounts that do these things.
Ending the agreement
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and where we do so without cause we will refund the unused portion of your term.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
